Payment
All payments for orders placed through the Lazyfed application must be made through the application. Lazyfed will not be responsible for any payment made outside of the application.
Refunds and Returns
All refunds and returns for orders placed through the Lazyfed application will be handled by the restaurant. Lazyfed will not be responsible for any refunds or returns.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content, including but not limited to, text, images, or videos, that you upload or post to the Lazyfed application. You agree to not upload or post any content that is illegal, abusive, or in violation of the rights of any third party. Lazyfed reserves the right to remove any content that it deems in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Lazyfed application and all of its content, including but not limited to, text, images, and videos, are the property of Lazyfed and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of the content without the express written consent of Lazyfed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Lazyfed application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lazyfed makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Lazyfed application or the content or products included on the Lazyfed application.
